The mod-ification of desperation. NJOY to EGO

Ran out of fluid for my ego-c today, basic setup with atomizer and type a body. Figured I would go to the gas station and grab some njoy Cartomizers, and pray they would fit. They didn't. Obviously.

1.So I proceeded to take apart the carto, and squeeze out the juice. This didn't work either, got a few drops, was a total messy waste.

2. Tried using pliers to round off the threads, threads broke right off because njoy is a POS.

3. Discovered I could use a knife to slightly pull out the middle connector, and WHALAH! Threads still dont fit right, but I managed to wedge them in just far enough.

This made me laugh because it's something I could see myself doing in a moment of desperation!

Might be a good idea with your next order to get one of these- last thing you need is to strip your batt threads:

yeah i've seen those. I think I will do just that lol. I'm not worried about the threads on the ego, which are actually made from metal, not plastic coated in metal.

Edit: Actually while I was tinkering, something strange happened. My ego just blinked blue and white (both led's, same time) and turned off. I had to connect it to a power source to get it going again. Short protection? My old ego-c used to do that after I dropped it, got that one exchanged while in warrenty.
