I'm bedaffled. Here's what I have:

5 AW IMR High Drains (2 purchased in the last 3 months; 1 in the last year; 2 that are older than I can confirm with certainty)
3 Chargers (2 Nitecore Intellicharger i4v2014, 1 Trustfire with 1 working slot)
2 Provaris (1 v3, 1 v2)
2 Odysseus rba

The Problem: In the last week, *all* of my batteries from all chargers are starting out at 60% - 75% on the Provari 3. And draining to empty in less than an hour of steady vaping.

It seems to me that my batts are caput. However, given the degradation of all concurrently, I'm thinking something is destroying them. The question: what is that "something"? Any ideas?

Assuming they are genuine AW batteries, this makes no sense. As you are dealing with multiple chargers, that leaves the circuit board on the ProVari as the likely culprit. It might be a good idea to contact Provape to help diagnose this. Good luck getting this worked out!

I'll give that a shot -

Well, it's been a few days since this post. I wonder if you know anything more yet?

I also wonder what the battery's voltages are off the charger.

Best of luck with it :)

Thanks, Ryedan! I do have an update... :)

Provape recommended checking the IQ, which was.... poor. And I tested a brand new battery... still poor. And, if poor, they recommended cleaning the spring, contact, and threads. While they didn't appear dirty, there was a lot of grime on close inspection and I saw a steady improvement in battery % and connection on each cleaning. I'm going to do a thorough cleaning later and get some noalox. I'm thinking this is resolved. :)
