It wasn't long ago that it we assumed Hon Lik invented the electronic cigarette. Then a man called Herbert Gilbert was found who patented a similar device in 1963, as well as Dr Jacobson who invented a vaping device in the late 1970's.
Now there's another contender, Stephane Vlachos who claims to be the holder of a 2001 ecig patent.
