So I'm confused. Does Backwoods Brew do NETs or not? I'm finding (based on what I read) that BWB is either love or hate. Is this one of those tobacco lines that have a base theme like VR...the same tobacco with a slight bend to the top notes?
Good question, I think Mr. Mann said he couldn't get a straight answer from them... I have only had their Virginia, and Adirondack. Neither tastes like any other NETs I have had, but I bought them assuming they were NETs. For the record, I find Adirondack to be incredibly bland.
How about the Virginia?
I'm one who defaults to non-NET if the vendor doesn't want to reveal it. If it were a NET, the vendor would be proud to tell you as a selling point. At least that's my twisted thinking.

You mentioned the companies that have the same base theme and come to think of it Adirondack tastes like a really light version of Virginia.
Virginia to me was terrible out of the mailbox and after the recommended 7 days of steeping. After 3 weeks I really started to like it. Very slightly sweet and tea like on the inhale and then a nice spicy finish. The Adirondack has none of that spiciness. Again, neither has the kind of flavor or feel that I have had from genuine NET vendors like GeJ and MOV.

I feel the same way about Adironback and Backo. At first I thought it was just my lack of fine tuning to a high quality subtle and sublime blend but after a year of having it sit in my juice cabinet I don't feel any differently about it. It's not bad, it is just incredibly dry or bland, like whatever flavour is contain needs to be amplified by a power of 10.
On the other hand, Casablanca, 555 exotic, malty and a few of the others had ample flavour.
I have never been able to figure that out. Don@BWB is probably the only one who knows the truth, but here is the description:
"A classic - Backwoods Brew style. Clean, full tobacco flavor all day long. Home brewed taste with generous throat hit and clouds of vapor. Many point to this flavor as the one that got them off analogs for good with its rich, full-bodied tobacco taste."
Home brewed? Sounds like an in-house extract to me. Either way, Virginia is the juice that really took vaping into high gear for me, and after 18 months, it is still a mainstay in my juice stash.
There's not many of us 555e fans around anymore. Did you see my post in the NT thread about the base of some of those juices? It was a quote from the man at BWB.
Yeah I did Mr Mann, you fountain of knowledge and digger of information you![]()
Best NET in every single catagory is Boba's Bounty from AVE
RHP
How much time is left? I have been thinking about this damn thread for too long now. LOL. Maybe I am procrastinating, maybe I am being indecisive, or maybe I am waiting for my tastes to change one last time. Wait a second, yep, they just changed.
