AH-HAH! It might not be a long victory but I'm gonna enjoy it for the few seconds it lasts anyway. :rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::banana::banana::banana: Phhhtttt

Yeah well, this Huntsman tastes like dog food :p

Just kidding! I'm really, really enjoying it. Nice change of pace from Legend and Serendipity. I see why you love it so much!

I can easily tell people who my favorite vendor is, but to say, even with my favorite vendor, what a #1 juice is? It can't just be what I like to vape the most because that is, IMO, not how to actually judge a category for the "best." (It's like music, ya' know? My favorite guitarist is likely not the "best.") Now, if there was a category for most vaped NET? That would be the easiest category for the majority of us to pick--just look at your orders and the bottles you've gone through. Hell, I don't even know if my favorite coincides with my most vaped.

I hear ya cluckin big chicken. My favorite guitartist, Frank Zappa, has downplayed his "ability" admitting he doesn't have the technical skills as a virtuoso like Steve Vai. Even if I can appreciate the better, more technically skilled and gifted guitarists, I enjoy much more listening to Zappa do his thing. I would never say Zappa was the greatest guitarist ever, but can easily say he's my favorite.

I totally understand when someone says something like; I can sure respect Devil Dog as a great juice, but I don't want to vape it!

Yeah I got that, but I visited Ahlusion after seeing it mentioned a few times in here. It doesn't state anywhere about NETs (maybe I missed it?). MBV didn't say anything about it either, was just wondering if there was a certain way to know, maybe taste wise? I taste a smokey tobacco in my American Tobacco juice from MBV. Once again, sorry if it's a stupid question. Its like information overload with ecigs and im slowly learning every day.

All of Ahlusion's tobaccos are NETs, I believe.

presenting... The first-ever netty awards!
This is just a fun game, for some of the regular denizens of the net thread and our honored occasional posters, visitors, lurkers and anyone else who wants to chime in. It isn't "official" or anything like that. Just to see what some of the most beloved and popular nets out there are. Tongue is firmly in cheek here, it is all smiles and not to be taken to seriously:)

to begin with, it helps to define what we mean by net-naturally extracted tobacco. It is, as we define it, an e-liquid made with a high proportion of extracted tobacco. It does not mean liquids that get most of their tobacco flavor from tobacco absolute, tobacco extract, or synthetic tobacco flavoring.
As to the categories:

best natural tobacco (overall)
your favorite net, period. This encompasses all the other categories.
best natural tobacco (unsweet)
any net which, in your opinion, hews to the profile of straight unsweetened tobacco.
best natural tobacco (sweet)
any net which, in your opinion, has a distictive sweetness in its flavor.
best natural tobacco (fruity)
any net with added fruits.
best natural tobacco (other flavor)
any net with flavors not described above (coffee, liquor, nuts, etc.)
best cigar
self-explanatory. Can coincide with other categories.
best pipe
self-explanatory. Can coincide with other categories.
best cigarette
self-explanatory. Can coincide with other categories.
best non-net tobacco
just out of curiosity, to see if netheads like any non-net tobacco. Can include artificial tobacco flavors, or tobacco absolute/tobacco extract liquids.

I'm not going to get all gestapo about what belongs in each category, but it must be a net to be eligible for the net categories. If you vote for something in the best cigar category and someone else votes for it as best pipe, that is cool and both votes will count. You can vote for a juice multiple times... For example, for best net, best pipe, and best fruity. Also, the liquids you vote for must have been available to purchase to a wide range of the vaping public. Diy is not eligible, not even mine which has been sent out to a bunch of you.

Vote by replying to this thread. Voting will be open for the entire month of may and results will be posted shortly thereafter. You may include a brief description of the juice or reason why you chose it next to your choices. Votes will be tabulated by me, using a good old fashioned pencil and paper, or possibly a spreadsheet if i can be bothered.

Have at it and happy voting!

When does Scarfy tally it?

Another bump.

I think at the end of the month. I'm waiting to vote until I try Huntsman.

The problem is that these polls become a popularity contest. I've never had the opportunity to try any Ahlusion juices or MOV, so I hardly feel qualified to vote. I know what my favorites are, but I'm not qualified to say what's "best."

I like your distinction, but as long as you know it is the best that you have tried and you are not saying "best" period, as if that could really exist, it's all good. I plan on voting for best in performance, not necessarily my favorite tasting juice.

Oh, and I am waiting 'til I get some more juices too. I want to be as fair as possible. I don't expect everyone to have an opportunity to, the money to, or the desire to try as many as I have, but it is what I have chosen to do at the detriment of buying more mods.

Pappy, have you tried W2V?

I don't think the results are important, but the voting is fun and seeing others favs is interesting. This will be a good source for people interested in getting into NETs to try the most "popular" ones by category. I'm sure the results will be predictable to most NET fans; HHV, Ahlusion, and Goodejuice taking top 3 with a solid showing of W2V and a few others.

Actually, some spot's may not even have but 2 votes for the same juice. It is totally about seeing what others like.

Jerms, have you dropped into Louisville yet?

. . . Pappy, have you tried W2V?

No. See, that's another one I need to try. My problem is that I searched high and low for a vendor that "did it" for me. Finally, at long last, I found one and settled into a groove.

I was so tired of trying tons of juices and considering it a victory to find 1 in 20 that I kinda, sorta liked (or could at least tolerate). Now that I have my "go to" vendor and I'm well-stocked on my favorite juices, I need to venture out a little more.
