I don't know what or why, but ever since the new look came into effect, Ive had the worst experience. I can't find my way around anymore, click on something and it takes forever to open. What really confuses me is the many buttons not labeled, and I can't hover on my mobile touch screen, I have to just click or not. It's so bad that I haven't really been to the site a whole lot. I don't understand why I'm having such a bad time with it, but if I had a choice, I'd use the previous ecf website from 2011.
