I just got one a week ago and I am loving it. I consider it a big step up from my KR8 setup. It lasts for days and the low resistance cartos are the bee's pajamas. ;)

Does anyone else have one? Is smoktek the only place that carries the cartos? Thats the only place I could find, which is fine. I did see the 900 mAh model available at madvapes but no cartos and no charger. Does anyone else carry 808 Ego stuff?

I've been using my slim KR8 chargers (gen1 and gen2; 200 and 150mAh respectively) and they both seem to be working fine. The thing is...I don't know how long it takes the battery to charge. I always end up leaving the thing charging overnight, and its done in the AM. I just dont want to overcharge it (especially on the gen1 charger becasue I don't believe there is a charge cut-off when complete.?) Its the 650 mAh model. How long should the 150 or the 200mAh charger take?

I agree it's important to do this right.
Since you have "650 mAh" battery, or larger is fine w/ eGo charger, but not smaller than 650 mAh.
I have been using a 510 charger w/ an adapter on KR808 batteries for over a year & the batteries are lasting over a year.
So I would use one of the 2 I mentioned. About 2.25 hrs. w/ eGo charger on 650mAh.

The 3 ml echo-v cartos should work on those. Cropduster has them on sale for 1.99. They are cone shaped so you don't need a cone. V-CARTO - $1.99 : Cropduster901!, Home of the B-52

I just bought some of the 808 900mAh batteries. I've got one 420mAh 808 charger that came with a vGo kit but want an extra...I'm not seeing any individual ones. I'd like to get a 510 eGo charger and use an adapter also.

My issue is that I've seen at least one person post that their adapter didn't work when using a charger - that is, it screwed on the battery and the charger but didn't register that it was charging, even after trying to adjust them. Can you recommend where to get one or is it probably just trial and error?

^after looking at the website for a few minutes, i dont think thats the 808 Ego. they use the label "KR" but the threading looks all 510. maybe they are abbreviating Kanger? maybe just their imaging is off? i dont know but i dont trust it.
That is Kanger's 510 ego threading. Kanger also makes the 808 Vgo and the 808D1

Looks like I am going to do the same - I've got a 150mAh charger too from a slim battery. If we got the one made for it, the 200mAh I think, do you think it would make a difference in terms of charging time?
On a sidenote wow this thing lasts days I haven't even had to actually charge it since unpacking it! Then again I'm coming from a slim battery to the 808ego.
