The New-ish Ticketing System for Customer Support

Hey Everyone!

Justin Here.

So I have recently started working with our ticketing system for customer support requests from ya'll out there...

Well the bottom line is this... I am still getting used to the new system of doing things. So for the time being please bear with me as it has been apparent to me that I am closing the tickets too quickly after sending a message in response.

The emails sent out by the ticketing system say "Do not repsond to this email", but I assure you that it is A-OK to respond. I will recieve your emails and get back with you as soon as possible.

I will also take the steps necessary to adjust how I am currently running the ticketing services (not closing tickets too fast)

Hopefully everyone is finding the new customer service manager to their liking :p and I look forward to helping ya'll out there with your vaping needs.
