Any solution to this yet? My wife has had to order the last couple of orders for me on her computer since I am unable to get to the site.

I'm on windows7 with latest version of everything, she is on vista with older version of IE.

Http 505 error, unable to display webpage

Ugg! Same thing happening to me from any PC I use Internet Explorer on:( When I contacted CS, when the new site was just finished, I explained the problem. Unfortunately, the response I got wasn't helpful. I was told that IE is crap and that I should consider switching to Google Chrome. I'm not making a huge deal over this, as I can jump on my sons mac and access the site using safari or firefox, no prob, but still irks me, ya know?

Yeah, as a web developer, I strongly agree with the statement that "IE is crap". However, they still have enough market share that you pretty much need to support it if you have a website accessible to the general public and not an intranet scenario where you have control over the client browsers.

unfortunately there are still many site that require IE (I hate having to use the inferior less safe method of browsing!) but it is pretty bad form not to have proper IE support for a web site considering that IE is still the most used browser (losing market share but not enough to ignore it!)
