So most of us feel that overall the Joye 510 is the best PV. What do you think we can expect next from Joye?

I don't know if I'd say the 510 is the BEST PV, but certainly the most popular and convenient. It makes for the best first PV though. This I won't disagree with.
With upcoming advances in various new battery technologies, it will be interesting to see what's in store for ecigs in the next few years. Just imagine... 5 volt, m402 sized, lasts a few days

The battery life definitely needs to be the next big step in these things. They're great devices overall, as long as you have a few batts in rotation.
battery technology is definately underway, not for PV's specifically, but it will trickle down to all small electronic devices. A lot of it here in the states too. From Joye, don't know, but I would like to see a longer lasting atty if not a cheap enough disposable cartomizer. Maybe ultrasonic? or infrared?
Could be wrong about this, but from what I'm getting from reading their web sites and generally following along on this forum, Joye seems to be mostly a manufacturing facility. They don't appear to have actually invented many products (maybe the 510?). They sure don't have many patents. I don't think the next big thing will be from them, although they may build the next big thing for whoever does. Somebody correct me if they are actually the patent holder on any (or more) of the models we're currently using.
All very interesting. I think Carts with a permanent straw in it and a better batt. that is either smaller or the same size would really be a great PV. I have the straw mod right now and it makes the VP more consistent, TH more consistent and flavor a lot stronger. The setup i am using really makes me feel like I am smoking an analog except for the taste. Also the next big thing may not even be from China at all. Halo is in the process of making there own PV. This should be interesting.
We've already seen the next step up..the eGo..joye made (janty designed) and then released OEM so other places could pick it up and rebrand it as theirs (TW did)
After that the guys at janty are working on some stuff that I'm sure will probably be joye made too...question is if they will also be released OEM as well..

If it works as promised, it will revolutionise cartridges (IMO). No more leaks, all liquid drained before needing to top up/refill.

I agree that the next "big thing" will be e-liquid delivery. Not a doubt in my mind.
I emailed Joye and asked them if they make the Ego, they said not yet but they are working on one. Whatever that means
huh thats funny...says right in my little eGo manual "Janty eGo is designed, developed, and manufactured by Janty in collaboration with Joyetech."
and pretty sure that Mik said it was joye factory that did the actual manufacture and that it was released OEM for other companies to pick up and rebrand as they wished (hence the TW tornado)

Im personally hoping one of our great mod makers will finally go mainstream with a actuall large production line and a more then niche mod.
Something that is small enough and easy enough to handle but can provide the battery life and voltage benefits of the current mods on the market.

ok I stand corrected. The exact words from joyetech were "We make the Ego, now it is in trial-produce. When it is in general sales, I will notice you soon. " I guess they are letting the other companys sell it as a test to work out kinks I am guessing.
