Just to be clear. when talking about Wood Reos. there is the following models.

Woodvil: it uses 18650 batteries 6 ml bottles is bigger than a grand but weighs less.

Woodvil 18490: You guessed it, uses 18490 batteries and has a 3ml bottle, it is smaller than a grand bigger than the metal mini 2.1, very light.

Woodvil mini: Uses a 14500 battery, 3ml bottle smaller than a Woodvil 18490, will not be made in next batch.

An SL/LP metal Mini 2.1 Tumble Raw Aluminum would be the lightest metal Reo. IT is amazing how much weight is removed by the holes in the SL.

I have a Grand non LP, non SL. With the REO bottle full, and a full Protank on an MVP, the Reo weighs less. I do not have any problem using it, nor is the size or weight a problem for me. I prefer the 18650 for battery life. I hate being chained to a charger and having to plan outings around the availability of a charger or carrying around extra batteries.

Penguiness, thanks for the info!! Is this a Woody you're talking about? I have no problems with weight on my MVP and a full Protank except late in the evenings but that's only on weekends when I vape more.

Guess I'll go back to the site and start looking around again. I think I need to narrow it down to a few choices and get some opinions on those.
Thanks everyone!! :)

No, mine is not a Woodville. It is a regular Reo Grand, non-LP, non-SL.

Well depending on the postal gods REO #3 will in my hands next week... I got a LP Grand Metallic Blue.

As far as an official grip, I march to the beat of a different drummer... I do have the pinky under it, but I squonk with my middle finger and fire with my thumb...

Hey...you deserve new shiny stuff to celebrate your 1 year Vapesary!!!! Go you!!!

Lol... I tried that as soon as I read it. You're right, you definitely march to the beat of a different drummer ;)

I'm extremely happy with my Cyclone. Drilled out to 1/16th. Just a little flavor maker. Sorry about the condition of the crappy coil...my first hand twisted 30 g. I'll have to find the 28 g when I get home tonight. 5/64 twisted (loosely) 30 g .49 ohm, wicked with Rayon. I'm getting about 4-5 HPS. Can't wait to play with this one! Nuppin's next and I'm on the list for a Chalice...anyone have input on a BF Magma? Rob's gonna love me when the new 510's show up :D

Soignee,

Thank you for showing me that picture. I keep having issues with my wicking tasted burnt after 24-36 hours of use. Now I know how to properly wick a cyclone.

Well thanks Dani, but no, that's not properly wicked. I just threw that together for work today and it will work. Here's the post for proper wicking...http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-question-support-thread-23.html#post14702591. My wicking is a bit short, I'll fix that later when I rebuild. I'm using Rayon and DB is using Cotton Bacon so there will be some slight difference, but not as much as I have there. I still have to play with it. Just got it at midnight. I appreciate your support thought! :toast:
