The firing button issue may be a sign that she needs a good bath. You can take the battery, atty and bottle out and give it a good flush under warm water, dry it out and put it back together to see if it improves. You haven't been mashing the go button have you?

The juice on the inside may be a couple of things. You may not be tightening the bottle down tight enough or on the other hand, you may be tightening it too tight and compressing the O ring. The other issue may be that you are simply filling the bottle too much causing a bit of juice to be pushed out when installing the bottle.

As far as the dry hit issue goes. pull your door and the slide the bottle outward. Is the feed tube resting directly on the bottom of the bottle? You can do a quick fix of this by simply sliding the bottle down just a bit on the hose of you can V-notch the end of the hose.

Here's a quick picture of what that looks that I swiped from another thread but, Filthy Beast is the master of the technique and I'm sure when he see's this he will chime in...;)

Ok. Will try all of your suggestions. Thanks so much! As for the inverted "v", are the cut on both sides of the tube or just one? I cut one side but not the other.
ETA: when I squonk, I can hear a gurgle that I thought that it meant juice was going up into the atty. Was I wrong?

Two things typically cause the hard squonk, bottle too tight as mentioned, just unscrew and retighten but not as much. Also check that the tube is not suctioning to the bottom or side of the bottle. I cut an inverted V in the bottom to stop this.

Filthy-Beast, has that blue "Pdib" been in your sig all along or is it new?

I'm #423. I'll be old and grey when it's my turn.
They are truly a work art and worth the wait, I got in relatively early and got the first two last year, put my name on the list for two more this year and then decided the list was getting so big that I just grab a spot every hundred or so. I'm thinking I've got one in the next run then 146, 304 and 401. I'll add another around the 500s.

I talked to a few people and they said it should take about 18 months. I should be out of school and working full-time by then, so it will be perfect timing and a great late graduation present!

That happens to have a brass sleeve. Those are seperate and not everyone chose to have those included with their Nuppin. The Nuppins are all gone now but pdib is considering another run see here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...in-you-kids-should-behave-yourselves-857.html

Somewhere there's a sign up sheet/questionnaire...I'll try and find that needle in a hay stack...
