I just put the RM2 on my MVP and it works! Put it on a regular Evod battery and it works! Put a freshly recharged battery in the REO and I get nothing. So know I know its not the RM2. It just doesn't seem to be able to make a connection to the battery.. The button does not appear to be locked. When I first put the RM2 on I was so thrilled! I was able to vape 3 times and went to show my husband how great it was and nothing happened. Could it be the wrong batteries? They are AW 18490 3.7V.

If it's a Mini, the AW 18490 is the correct battery.
If the spring is not collapsed and the rm2 is fully seated, then I would check that the button is in the on/fire position. With the door facing you fully turn the button counter-clockwise. You should then be able to depress the button all the way down.

Edit: Disto' is just too fast . . . .

I tried lifting the spring and the button is not locked but what ever comes down when the button is pushed does not seem to make contact. Seller sent a spring in the box. Should I switch out springs? Thanks for your help guys! I really want to love this little box!

Hmmmmmm, this is odd, is this a used unit? Without the battery in you should be able to depress the button and see the metal contact come down well past the point where it would make contact.

Woop woop! I'm up and running! Lizardnipples got it going for me! He had me take the button cover off and then I was able to completely unlock the button! It was all my fault because I'm a noobie and had pushed the button down too hard the first time I used it! Thank you Lizardnipples! Thanks for everybody's help. I sure do love the people around here. Special thanks to Lizardnipples!

Picked up my first Reo from the classies the other day...got it up and running tonight with 1.2 ohm 30 GA coil. It's a Reo Grand w/RM2 non-sub-ohm at the moment ;) 18 mg might be a little high....wheeeeee :)

Congrats on the pickup! You don't have to go sub ohm with the kit - the upgrade gives you less voltage drop and longer battery life. It does make a difference on how it hits.

This is good to know.. I will definitely be getting the upgrade kit then...the option for eventual sub-ohm and better hits with improved battery life... I like that.

Nice, with the old kit you can run all the way down to 0.8 with no melty button issues.

Using a round cotton cleansing pad....

Step 1......Holding the pad and cap together, remove the bottle.

Step 1.jpg

Step 2......Keeping the pad in position, lay the unit down and refill.

Step 2.jpg

Step 3......Using the same technique as in step one, re-install the bottle.

Step 3.jpg

This eliminates getting any juice inside the body of the unit!......Hope it helps...;)

(Edit)...... Note; One pad can be used for several change outs of da' juice or at least until it gets funky.

Do any of you guys have a link/vendor for the square plastic bottles that will fit in the mini? My original Reo bottles are way too hard to squonk with my arthritis. A Reo user, from another place, is sending me one to try - but they come in a package of 12 and only 4 of them will fit... I hate the thought of (eek) throwing away the other 8 - but know that I'd never throw them away and they'd just be pack-ratted somewhere!! I tried the bottles from Vapage (they're round, but lots softer than the ones from Rob) but the threads are different, so they don't work either. Thanks, loads!

Have you tried a quick boil of the bottles to soften them up?....;)

There's also a "soft" side to the bottle. I'm assuming that it's the side that's away from the seam and it's more noticeable on the 3mm bottles.
Try turning the feed tube a little to see if it makes a difference. If not, the little condiment bottles can be found on Amazon.
