I'm a big fan of the rm4 (bottom feed modded atomic with the afc ring milled to hide the original atomic logo (ehpro atomic clone originally). The rm2 produces outstanding flavor that I personally don't think even a cyclone matches. The rm4 is 19mm versus 14, so the flavor isn't quite as powerful, but still had great flavor and is great for dual coil builds. Produces great clouds with very good flavor. Very close in my experience with afc cyclone, but much more space to build with.

These are all my opinions, and I'm sure others will disagree.

I have a running rotation of bottom feed atties. Cyclone with afc, cyclone with 2x 2mm holes drilled. Rm2 with 2x 2mm holes to allow for better airflow. Reactor v2 bf modded with 2x 1.5mm holes. Rm4 with the allen screws (the standard Phillips head came too close to one another). I rotate based on build and goal (and flavor I'm vaping).

Going to get my helios modded and likely a Magma as well just to give myself some larger options.

Hey folks...I am looking at the newer Reomizers (3, 4, 5). Have only built on the RM2 but wondering if 1. anyone has tried these newer units out, and 2. opinions/pros/cons.

Yes I am considering my 2nd Reo...why do you ask??

:vapor:

Don't worry a third will come along eventually. As far as the other attys (3, 4, and 5) ALL have gotten good reviews so it basically comes down to what you want out of your atty. Single or duel coils? LP version? Going for max vapor production? What type of vape you looking for?

Hmm...if the RM2 produces more flavor (and I am flavor-impaired so want to avoid less flavor production) and not very interested in fancier/more complicated coil builds (and I do like the idiot-proofing of the ceramic deck LOL) I might just stick with another RM2.

Just be sure to soak in combo of distilled white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Not sure the exact measurements, but it reacts with the lead in the brass to make it negligible in terms of health concerns due to the brass.

IF your RBA has ANY possible chromed brass parts, add a mix of 2 parts white vinegar with 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide. Let your pieces soak in it for 15 minutes or so. Not too much longer, this can actually damage your stainless, but not too short, because it won't work. What this does is neutralizes the surface LEAD possible in any exposed brass under inadequate chroming..
Inhaling lead = brain damage. Don't do it without this step.

Really wish the atty had come with this info as I had no idea this sort of process had to be done to an RM2 and have been vaping on mine for over a month...arg.

Before you get all bent out of shape there wasn't any sort of conclusive test done that proved the surface lead was leeching in to the juice and then getting vaproized and inhaled. I think the only real test done was by super x and that just confirmed that there was trace amounts of lead on exposed part of the brass. The process brookj recommends was the solution if you are like me/him and like to play it safe. That being said for some it's a non-issue since people buy brass drip tips, attys and all sorts of brass accessories for their vaping stuff.

Edit: Too slow and credit goes mundy

Edit2: Also brass is used in a lot of daily applications (like water pipes) so there is also that to consider.

Mundy and glassgal. My first post I believe is who I stole from. It was from a closed post.

Assuming I attach them the right way and manage not to attach any fingers to my mod...super glue would be the best way to re-attach a couple magnets that keep popping out? I'm worried they'll end up sticking out and the door won't close at all.

Or is there a better way (but with minimal tools required)?

Be careful with that super glue lol. A magnet popped out of my wifes REO and lets just say things got 'sticky'. Heres the easiest way I found after some trial and error....Stick the magnet on the end of a drill bit, make sure its the right side i.e. the side that will stick to the door will be attached to the drill bit. Put just a tiny tiny tiny drop of super glue in the area where the magnet goes. With the magnet still on the drill bit, just press the magnet in the hole, wait a few seconds and you should be good to go. If you put too much super glue it will squeeze out the sides and make that area lumpy after it dries. Have a wet paper towel ready in case you get super glue all over your REO. Good luck!

EDIT: Try and put the magnet in first without super glue to make sure it wont be sticking out.

A small dab of super glue can be applied in the center of the magnet hole using the tip of a toothpick before setting the magnet......;)

Using the pointed end of a drill bit to set the magnet is brilliant MB!:thumb:

My NT Approved Delivery Devices (Reo Grands #1 and #2):

New_Old.jpg
#1 is black wrinkle/silver vein, #2 is black wrinkle/silver hammertone. #1 is almost a year old (and has never tasted anything but NT juice), #2 just arrived today. RM2 on both, 30ga 1.3 ohm microcoils wicked with cotton. #1 just got the sub-ohm rebuild kit today (tried once before and screwed up the gasket, ended up with a leak from the 510 connector, had to do it again).

I just got #2's twin sister on Tuesday! I chose The Virus as it's maiden juice. I made myself a 1 ohm coil the other day, just because I could, and it's pretty amazing.

Then they really are twins because Virus was the maiden juice for #2 also. I've currently got a Virus/Wakonda mix in #2 and CLS in #1.
