Have been a fan of Loki Lab since they first started to sell carto tanks, drip tips, and then the Omega rda, which I still have been enjoying.

Today, I received my BF Odin. Unfortunately, my LP Reo Grand will not arrive until this coming Monday. However, that did not stop this curious old vaper.

I set up the Odin with a 0.6 ohm/2x coil assembly. Wicked it with some KGD and carefully juice up the short wick tails with some vanilla creme custard.

BOOM! Wonderful flavor filled my mouth and lungs and dense clouds of goodness filled the room, after my first pull. After some 10 minutes, I have to say, the Odin is a BAMF.

Have been vaping with one of my Magmas, as well. The Magma has been my favorite flavor RDA. Realizing that I am now experiencing a major nic rush, as I compare the 2 noted RDAs, I realize one other thing . . . I may have paying much too much for my other RDAs.

As usual . . . Props to the Loki Lab crew.

Oh cool..I like those kind. I know some are clockwise, some even counter clockwise. I have nicked a few on the first attempt, so I would rather not in the future. Maybe I should leave a note when I buy a new atty : please loosen the cap for the noob...
Thanks for your help.

You're quite welcome. Enjoy your Odin.

I didn't know this thread existed until just now. Here's my first contribution! :2cool:

The mini has two coils of 30g wrapped nine times and came out to .94 ohms, it's a bit cooler than what I've been vaping but I'm liking it. The Grand has two coils of 28g wrapped seven times and comes out to .52 ohms and I think this is gonna be my sweet spot build. Both were built on the STSJITG (second to smallest jig in the Gismo) We really need to come up with a name for that one jig lol! Both are kickin out the vapor and flavor in spades.

Now that I found the correct thread....
Let's get some builds from everyone..my current build that I'm very impressed with is x2 28awg 5 wraps with rolled cotton. The coils are a hair to close to the airflows but it still works great, no whistling or vapor problems. I have to lower my nic, 2 coils equals 2x the vapor!

I've only got 28g and 30g kanthal. I'm thinking of buying some 29g but am curious about other gauges too. For the Odin is there a gauge that you guys prefer or would recommend?

I don't think I have ever liked coils of over 7 wraps because of the extra heat. So far im thinking 28 gauge will be the one for this atty. Only other arrangement I might try would be 6 wraps of 27awg.
I've got to give super X's 6 wraps of 29 gauge a try... I don't see that working for me and also 28 is easier to work with imo.
