still wont work...still asks for a federal tax ID...tried it in Chrome and Firefox
I will look into it deeper. You cleared your cookies right and restarted your browsers correct. (Important info to feed the server)
Yep, reset cookies in Firefox and tried it...no luck. opened Chrome fresh and tired it...no luck.
I had the same troubles, type "blank" or something into the id field. Worked for me.
My guess for the number of processess needed to make the 50 cal. would be 23.

Wrt your second Q it depends how complicated it is. Every custom job requires at least one prototype.
