Depending on the demand, it is my intent to have local pick up on Saturdays between noon and 1pm at the Forest Hills Tim Horton. There is still a glitch in the software that I have to route out. The option is there for me, but my customers do not see the selection (In store pick up) in shipping method. Several minor annoyances have been eliminated since the opening, this is just one of them. We are working hard to resolve any known issues to serve you better.
As we move forward, I appreciate the understanding of my customers in reporting the glitches. Although the store was tested upside down and all around, there was a few pop ups. I suppose it is to be expected. Nonetheless, it is extremely frustrating for me to have my customers go
through these glitches.
