I don't really know where to post this, I have tried to contact want2vape several times, through their website and through email and I haven't gotten a response back since last Thursday. I have written several times since then due to an error that keeps occuring while I am trying to place my order. My transaction gets declined and order status says failed. I have tried setting up a new profile, tried different credit cards, changed what is in my cart, and still the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to resolve it?

I've had problems ordering from certain vendors and changing browsers fixed the issue. Can't say if that's going to work here or not.

good thinking. I was using google chrome so I tried on IE, but transaction still was declined. It doesn;t say why, but I just put in another order somewhere else so I know its not my credit card. Is it normal for them to take this long to reply?

Greetings all,
Just a drop-in, to say thank you for a wonderful month, and give you all an update to how we are now shipping and replying to emails.

Your support has been tremendous and your response to the Vapenstein Blends fantastic. We thank you all.

It goes without saying that your business is greatly appreciated, there wouldn’t be a want2vape without you, however, our schedule was becoming overwhelming to the point that we needed to make some changes in the way we operate and handle shipping and communications, so as to maintain our standard of service and quality of product you expect from us.

We have decided to run our business instead of it run us, and felt it best to take two days off a week, on Saturday and Sunday, as these days make the most sense because the post office is closed as well. Hopefully most of you have days off from your work lives, also.

If you place an order on Monday through Thursday it will ship on Friday, while orders placed on Friday through Sunday will go out on Tuesday. Not a lot of change, we were shipping three times weekly, but enough to help us immensely here.

So this will also impact how we reply to customer emails. We will check emails first thing Monday-Friday mornings, then reply in order of receipt, fill & pack all orders placed over the weekend on Monday, which get shipped on Tuesday. Then fill all orders placed Monday through Thursday for Friday shipping.

We try our best to answer each and every email; however ones that are about shipping and tracking are given 24hrs. Our shipping program will generate an email stating your shipping date, please allow 2-3 days to receive your order after the stated shipping date.

We posted these changes and additional info in the Shipping FAQ as well as on the Homepage and in a link in Terms and Conditions on the website.

We have also had to implement some stringent Credit Card processing rules and filters due to some fraudulent purchases. We only ship to U.S. Addresses and our CC processor is set to reject any out of country purchases as well. So even if you are using a U.S. billing and shipping address, if you are on a computer NOT in the U.S. it will reject the purchase. I just found out about this particular fraud filter Monday and have taken steps to fix that problem.

I am working on a way to make this where it is accepted (not automatically fail) but needs approval. I know some of you have had problems ordering due to this issue. And I am very sorry for your trouble. Hopefully this has been resolved now, so anyone that has had this problem, please try again.

Also on that subject, many ask about APO shipping. While we support out troops 100% and then some, we still do not ship out of country. I have two children in the Air Force and sympathize completely.

So please have a friend or relative place your order and send it to you. I will make every effort to make it worth your while if you let us know that this is for a service person. And we want to thank you for your service to both our country and to ME personally. God Bless our troops!

I hope this clears up a few things and again, Thank you all.

Hey guys, we have stocked a whole bunch of 510 starter kits, and we also have clearomizers and giantomizers now. We'll be getting some dual coil cartos in soon, so watch our Twitter and Facebook accounts for updates there. I sometimes forget to mention this stuff here at ECF, so I'll try to do a better job and put everything I post on Twitter and Fb here as well.

Also, the Dr. is in The Lab working on some new juice. He won't tell me anything yet, other than he's got his sights set on a couple new tobaccos and that he's also been in The Kitchen (?) whipping up some tasty treats. As soon as he comes clean with me I will let you know what he's been up to. Keep an eye on the Vapenstein Facebook page too, because he loves to tease The Minions by dropping hints.

Hope you're all having a great summer, thanks everyone!

Unexpectedly, we have to take a trip to attend to a family matter. Orders will be taken and processed through today, but starting tomorrow August 16 shipping will be suspended through the 25th. If you need/want something, order today and your package will be shipped before we leave. We apologize for this inconvenience.

*Flavor of the week*

Vapenstein Blend
Doc is very stingy when it comes to Vapenstein Blend. He's got funny ideas about "brand identity" and "product devaluation through frequent discounting". So you can imagine my surprise when he came to me and suggested a Vapenstein Blend for the Flavor of the Week. You might never see this happen again, so take advantage. Earthy, dark tobacco with a subtle thread of anise, refreshing and comforting.

Feb 20 Vapenstein Blend Stockholm is the Flavor of the Week! All bottle sizes 20% off!

So good of you to drop in and thank you for the kind words.
We too are in love with London.
Some think it may be a bit too much so we have Louisville which is in the same vein but a bit milder.

But do we have a suprise coming out next week :)
Yet another fantastic Vapenstein blend.

Keep checking, I will let all you on ECF know first. But it's a secret till then.

We have released a new Vapenstein Blend.

Vapenstein Blend "Paris"

This is one special extraction. Three years in the making.
Thank you all,
Donley and Carol

Here is how the Dr. describes the new extraction:

I've always said that cigarettes were fast burning tubes of paper that delivered a mostly steamy, ashy smoke. Of course, the best of them don't fit that description. There are a few brands that are enjoyable in the same fashion that other great tobacco is enjoyable. I used to adore French brand Gauloises, and Players Navy Cut too. I actually used to smoke the Balkan Sobranie cigarettes regularly back when they were still available.

This juice is perhaps the most collaborative of the Vapenstein Blend line. What makes this one possible more than anything else are new procedures that Donley has been developing and refining for the last few months, so the kudos go to him on this one, from me as well. Thanks buddy, you really outdid yourself.

This one is an homage to the cigarette. A really good cigarette. Whether your fancy runs toward the traditional American full flavor, or the more obscure European unfiltered, we think you will appreciate what this juice brings to the table. Enjoy! --Dr. V

This sounds quite good, I had to research what goes into a french cig, that made it differant from what I used to smoke. [Gauloises uses tobacco from Syria and Turkey] Can you kindly compare the Syrian and Turkish tobacco used in Gauloises (Paris) to say a Syrian Latakia blend (London) and for those of us who are more familiar with a "Turkish" tobacco Camel cigarette? What are some of the similarities and differences, and what can we expect from this vape? I am also wondering about the new procedures, will these be used from now on for the other Vapenstein Blends as well, and does this improve their function in our hardwear, or change the taste noticably? Thanks in advance!
