I find smearing a little Vick's Vaporub under my nostrils helps with that. Saw that on one of those cop shows and it works great.

Wonder if putting some of that Vicks on cats and dogs noses would help keep them away?

Well I've never had any of these guy's juice but I would venture to guess it's like a juice grab bag. Multiple flavored random juice. Not fish or cats, more like fruit and pastry.

But like I said, that's just my deduction.
