I got the perfect syringe the other day and it doesn't use a metal needle, so no danger from little ......! It costs just £1 as an accessory or you now get one free with every liquid order from Intellicig. The plastic tip is ideal for refilling carts with the filler material in place as it will fit right in. I have found the best way is to insert the tip and withdraw it slowly as you squeeze (god that sounds exciting!) which ensures a total fill (10+ cigsworth in an EVO cart for me).
The syringe is nice and slim and holds 2ml. Click the photo for details.

That tip looks awful wide to work with the cart material in place.........

That better? ;-)

Seriously, it works a treat and you can slide the tip down one side of the cart.
I'll have to post a pic with the cart. I'll PM igetcha69 and see if he can test/review one so we can see how easy it is.

I'm thinking of going with a glass syringe since the numbers are coming off my 2 plastic syringes after a month......

Anyone point me to a good deal on a glass syringe.........

Yeah, I thought I found a good one but then the plunger jammed in the barrel so I changed my review. But you know what? With the numbers/lines washing off these plastic syringes so quickly, I'm almost ready to give the glass syringe another try; this time with at least a 14-gauge needle. I purchased mine at micro-tools.com, 5cc, $12.95 plus s/h. I think my original posts were made under the E-Liq DIY section. If I find another source for glass syringes (diff brand than Micro Mate), I'll post again.

This is what I've been using to fill carts, works GREAT, no more mess,
wet fingers wasting juice.
It's a 15ml cap, there are larger ones but I like to keep the juice in glass as long as possible. This has an 18guage needle, big enough for juice, not so big it runs in too fast. Got it eBay, needle oiler it's called.

This is probably a really stupid idea but wtf. For those that are having a problem with the numbers washing off, I'm thinking you could try giving the outside of the syringe a couple of coats of that clear krylon spray. Tape the needle end and tape up the top so it doesn't get near anything that would touch where the liquid is. I know I've used this stuff to waterproof labels when I needed, so it might work for these too. (just keep it on the outside of the syringe and let it dry good)

I don't know just an idea, these things are coming from China, they should be doing it but you know they don't think of quality things like this.
