I had placed an order for a V2 Maxi and there was a slight problem... The color I had chosen was out of stock... Sigh.
BUT, instead of an automated email or ticket number, she picked up the phone and gave me a call - apologized for the mixup and wanted to make it good. I liked the color i originally ordered, but it was not a deal breaker for me. She actually went out to the stock room and verified what colors were there for me to choose from and let me add a couple of items I had forgotten on my order.
Still got it shipped today - hah!!! Beat that!
In an age of faster, faster, faster, it is rare to get that little personal touch from a company and was very appreciated. Little things like this make for a great company with long time repeat customers.
