Just like to say Thanks to Kathy at madvapes for the personal touch with my order!

I had placed an order for a V2 Maxi and there was a slight problem... The color I had chosen was out of stock... Sigh.

BUT, instead of an automated email or ticket number, she picked up the phone and gave me a call - apologized for the mixup and wanted to make it good. I liked the color i originally ordered, but it was not a deal breaker for me. She actually went out to the stock room and verified what colors were there for me to choose from and let me add a couple of items I had forgotten on my order.

Still got it shipped today - hah!!! Beat that!

In an age of faster, faster, faster, it is rare to get that little personal touch from a company and was very appreciated. Little things like this make for a great company with long time repeat customers.

Dang... Now I want to order again!

madvapes is becoming very well known for their outstanding customer service. They have bent over backwards for me many times. The only time they didn't completely come through for me was concerning their Chocolate Mint juice. They tried until their hardest to make me happy, but they just couldn't come up with one that didn't taste funky to me. Bless their hearts for trying so hard though!
