roxynoodle,

While I was reassembling mine today, I remembered this thread.

If you remove the battery tube, you will find a ring on the bottom of the switch assembly with slots on opposing sides to accept a screwdriver. If that ring is not screwed far enough into the switch assembly, the battery tube will not screw all the way in either & the pants spin.

Try it; you'll like it.

Thanks! They've each only been apart once for cleaning, and apparently I didn't notice that. Concentrating on putting the switch back together in reverse of how I took it apart, lol!

My first Poldi was much cleaner than my second one as well.

Just an aside here: The problem with Poldiacs I've run into, especially after buying three of them in a month, and lusting after a fourth, is that it becomes a financial liability, in that I had nice gennies to put on three of them. Two of those are authentic gennies, and I want an authentic genny to put on my new Miriam WTH Sleek when I get it. That 4th Poldiac is going to cost me, I've already wrecked my budget with three Poldiacs, a DID and a Roller in the last month, and now I absolutely must have an authentic brass Kraken to go on my Poldiac Uma Classic, because it would look absolutely stunning on my beautiful brass Poldiac, but then there's the problem of the Miriam WTH Sleek coming up, which, in my book, demands either a Z-Atty U, or a Vapinaze AC9, if I can even find one.

Trust me, I will find one.

I strongly suspect I'm not alone in my hardware weakness, and that others have been down this particular road as well. And before anyone suggests it, this is more than just shinyitis, it's nothing so common as that. Once you have such a beautiful quality piece as the Poldiac in your hot little hands you want something equal to it to mount on top of it... and you instinctively and quite naturally want more Poldiacs, especially if you are a dedicated mech and genny user like myself. After getting my Poldiacs, nothing else will do, and all my other mechs are retired.

Okay, I'm thinking it's definitely going to be the Z-atty U for the Miriam WTH Sleek...

It looks like they were made for each other.
Was it hard to get the buttons& logos aligned?
I'm glad you like the vape.

Actually it was quite easy to get the logos aligned with the buttons, after I put the little O-rings under the positive posts of the Poldiacs. Now they stay right where I want them and the wicks on the Krakens line right up with the button, and the logo does too. At this point I'm thinking I have enough vaping gear for a while, having slaughtered my vaping budget in the most gory fashion possible.

Yes, it does look like they were made for each other, that's why I had to have the brass Kraken, but I'm over it now, really... I really am....

Well, it sucks, but I find that my brand new Kraken arrived with the glass cracked, and it leaked all over that Poldiac Uma I had it on. I left it sitting for a couple hours and upon returning found a pool of juice at the base of my mech, and upon looking it over discovered a straight up and down crack in the quartz glass of my brand new Kraken. I've written the seller, Vapor Source in Colorado. I'm sure they will make it right.

My CW classic is always at arms reach. It's just nice to pick it up and vape ... got a number of regulated mods ... the the CW is well 'Classic'.

It looks like you should put that Poldiac down & get your woman to clean the carpet.

Geez - cut 'em a break ... maybe it's just a dirty camera lens.
