All Poldiacs now come with Sub Ohm parts installed in them from the factory and you will not need to add anything to it. Below is copied directly from the MMVapors Poldiac page.

"The Poldiac comes default with Rhodium Contacts and Peek Ketron Plastics installed"

I am using a dripper at .3 ohms at the present time on one of my Poldiacs and it is working just fine.
The beauty of MMV products is they offer all parts in their space parts section if you ever need anything in the future for any product that is brought from them. Very few manufacturers offer this service.

Thanks very much! I now have a Poldiac ordered. Can't wait to receive it.

Congrats on your purchase. I am sure you will be super impressed with it as all that have it are. I am fairly knowledgeable about the Poldiacs and have been using them for over a year, so if you have any questions when you receive it just let me know and I will try to help.

Below is a link to the page with the manual and a video showing how to take apart and assemble the switch of your Poldiac.

one more joining the club.. ordered a miriamvth, you all convinced me, thanks!

Congrats on your new Poldiac and welcome to the club.
I am sure you will enjoy this mod both for how it performs and how it looks. I do not think there is another mod that is even close to the style and function of a Poldiac.

You are starting a revolution of sorts. Everyone, including myself, thought that regulated devices were taking over. It appears that at the present time that the Poldiac is taking over. :toast:

I see a lot of threads these days that claim that mechanical mods are dead and that regulated devices are taking over. Although I agree that regulated devices seem to be the hot thing this year, I will continue to use my Poldiac and other mechanical mods and I expect to use them for a lifetime.

I'm inclined to agree. I had six regulated box mods at one point in time. I'm down to two now while my mech collection continues to grow.

I like both. I had no box mods at all until I got a cana 30watt (gave to my vape-deprived brother). And I always liked the ZNA so I've got a clone of one of those too.
Then I got my first "legit" box mod; a VaporShark rDNA40. That's now my go-to day-tripper mod.

But I still love my mechs. All are still in rotation, especially my Poldi-clone. I may very well buy a real Poldiac in the future, but this FT clone (after a LOT of tinkering, which I anticipated) has me sold on the aesthetics and functionality. It goes with me on my rare overnight trips.

My "dream setup" (outside of the brandy-new Kainos by MMV which is 10 kinds of gorgeous) would be a Cloud Wizard and an OverOne, with matching finish. One of these days! :)

I'm partial to the Cloud Wizard, that was my 1st Poldiac. Yep - the Overone is likely my next purchase from MMV

FedEx has a notice up now about delayed deliveries due to weather related sorting problems in Memphis. My Poldiac went from an estimated delivery date of today to an estimated delivery date of tomorrow. OverOne is due in on Friday. As long as I have them both before the weekend, I'm all good. And, of course, pics will follow.

edit: on a related note, it looks like the discounts are history. Classics are back to €118. Man, glad I got mine when I did!

Ah crud! I was scoping them yesterday and almost pulled the trigger on exactly my "dream setup" that I described above (Cloud Wizard in satin with matching OverOne) but didn't because they don't do PayPal Credit, just "regular" PayPal. I was pretty gobsmacked with the idea of getting a real Poldiac for under $100!

Ah well. As someone said in another thread: Vaper problems.
