Finally got the eggs set yesterday. Had to buy a new incubator. So this is #5. Two I use only for hatching. Their old and I cant keep a steady temp. The one brinsea is too small and my main Brinsea the turner motor went out. 49.00 and 2 weeks. Its on order. Since the eggs wouldn't be viable that long I'm now the proud or not so proud owner of this.

So far so good. It has one feature I like a lot. Out side water fill. It's holding temp and humidity well.

We had leftovers for supper last night but added a couple pieces of fresh scrapple to the meal. A friend of mine butchers once a year for their large and extended family. The leftovers of 3 beef and 8 pigs went into this batch along with some flour, buck wheat, corn meal, salt and pepper.

Mrs Punkin just started the oven for Salisbury steak, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. It might not be the healthiest but it sure does taste good!
