Yes, for bad road conditions/accidents and such. Other than that, Mr. V keeps his turned off.

I wish Arby's wasn't an hour drive from me, but on the other hand if it were closer I'd be there way too often.

It's range day out back today. Sonny and Mr. V are working on cutting the new 50 yard tree in half. :facepalm:

I'm making chicken bacon ranch pizza.

Morning all. Hubby and my 13 anniversary today. Was a long, long 13 years. :lol: their calling for 50s today t bones on the grill is in order.

No clue what the weather is going to be like over here. Today we are heading over to the work hut to box up more stuff. I'd like to get the place empty and on the market this summer.

This just makes me a bit sad. :(

Nice easy lazy pie. Must try this as soon as I get some baking mix and milk.

Amazingly Easy Custard Pie

Cook time: 40 Min Prep time: 10 Min Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
2 c milk
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c baking mix
4 large eggs
1/2 c butter (softened)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c coconut (optional)
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Directions
1. Combine milk, sugar, baking mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in a blender for 3 minutes and pour into greased 9 inch pan. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top. If using coconut, sprinkle coconut on top before spices (spices go on top).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Sounds yummy Drott! And a lot like the "Impossible Pie" recipe that I found on the Bisquick box. I've made that one several times and it's very good!
