Good morning everyone!

All shoveled out and the sun is shining and melting the white stuff. I think we got over a foot.

Dropped Mrs Punkin off at the hair dresser because she was too chicken to drive. Heck the roads are almost bare. I'll have to go back and get her when she calls to let me know she is done. There is NO way I was going to hang out and wait. I'm guessing a couple of hours...

So sad for the PA eagles...

From the stuff posted online, we got about 11 inches at work, and maybe 3-5 inches at home. I asked to leave early yesterday (about 1030am) because there was barely any window traffic during the last storm (maybe $200). Downtown did NOT say to bring the carriers back in early, so they were out until all the mail was delivered. :( It was a bit slippery on my way home, but have to say I LOVE MY JEEP!! :) I drove slowly (around 25-30 MPH), and it took about an hour to get home.

The really bad part is that the drivers that bring the mail to us call out when it snows. I totally don't blame them, since they are apparently threatened with being fired for any accidents even during horrendous weather. :-x

That's too much snow. We're supposed to be in the 40's for the next few days, but tonight they were spraying the intersections. hmmmmm....

We went to Golden Corral for dinner because I had a free buffet coupon. I'm stuffed. *ouch*

Good morning! :)

Starting another batch of yogurt! Andy (#2 son) told me last Sunday he made his first batch in the Instant Pot, and it came out well! :)

I had to order another mesh bag to strain the yogurt (makes it thicker) since the first one was a bit small, and messy to deal with. The new one is HUGE!! Was made for DIY beer brewing, and will fit over a freaking bucket! Might need to break out the sewing machine and make it a bit smaller! :)
