Good morning. Going to be a scorcher today, if the weather liars are correct. Working over at the shop today, machine messed up on a quilt, I have two more days of seam ripper work ahead of me. Have I ever mentioned that I hate my machine?

Packing for Gertie is driving me crazy. Is 25lb dog food enough, big box of Milk bons or 2 smaller size, Kong with supplies to fill every night? Will the do that, Which blanket and towel, crate bed or no crate bed? Shes spoiled and has all this stuff. But are they going to use it.:lol: Oh and lets not forget toys.:lol:
This is their list.

  • Enough food- plus extra just in case!
  • Two matching toys
  • ID tag
  • Vaccination records
    • Rabies and Flea & Tick treatment MUST be current
  • Any special treats, bones, toys, etc.
  • Beach towel or blanket

 poor momma Drott sending a kid to summer camp for the first time! How much does she normally eat? Will they call you if she's running low?

Kong and filling: yes, they're going to want to have her lay quiet too. Favorite towel/blanket: yes, she needs stuff she knows and that smells like home. Favorite toys: you betcha. I'd go with two smaller boxes of bones, they'll last longer and she'll feel like she's getting more treats than with the big ones.

If you send too much stuff, you'll just be picking it up with her. Not enough would be worse.

Good morning, steamy out there already. Heat advisory for the day. Thinking I'll find something to do in the A/C.

Hope drop off goes well Drott!
It's not till Sunday Just getting packed up. Don't want to forget any thing. Two matching toys are for training, something about a hide and seek game. Plus toys to play with.
