Mr., D. had excitement this morning around 5am. His roommate fell out of bed. He rang the call bell but said it took them almost an hour to come. I hope he just thought it was that long.
Mr. D. has an appointment with the hematologist on the 28th. So the home reminded me on Wednesday, and I need to arrange transport by tomorrow. Big dodo in Pt said he won't be able to transfer to the car safely. She said she would let him try on Monday. If he can they can cancel the transport with in 24 hours without me being charged. Also blew me a price tag of over 400 dollars. After some brain storming. I remembered a place in Leola that rents vans and they do have a couple factory converted wheelchair vans. 150. a day first 100 miles included. So, I reserved one. Only thing driving me crazy now is they haven't taken the deposit out of our account yet, so I have no way of knowing for sure. All done over the phone. Mr. D. said I worry too much. I see more gray hair daily.

Not happy with what's going on with Mr. D. since he went to the nursing rehab facility. He had a swollen left arm when he went there. They haven't elevated it at all and today it started to weep big time. Monday, they took blood from the left hand and apparently ripped the vein. He now has a blood blister the size of two half dollar and about an inch high. Friday, they decided to put a patch on it. Mr. D's. afraid their going to mess up his right hand and arm. It's also all black and blue. All this in 9 days Not sure how but I need him out of there. Wonder what the consequences would be if When I pick him up on Friday if Hes still alive, I just don't take him back.

So, I ask about when Mr. D. will be discharged also informed them, he needs to come home before or when the 20 days are up. She has to talk to someone, and they won't be in till Wednesday. But with his arm weeping. Well they haven't done anything but let it weep. Had to bite my tongue. If he were home, it would have been elevated the last week plus and wouldn't be weeping. Mr. D's talking AMA.
