Trap has yielded nothing, 3 nights in a row. It seems Mr. V isn't giving up yet, he was digging out metal roofing panels last night before work and I think he's going to go around the bottom with a strip of metal. We'll see.
Victors eye is still ugly, but he's getting his meds so I'm hoping it heals quickly.

It's a huge racoon. It waits in the brush and listens for the coop door to open.
I'm sure Victor could slobber is little heart out messing with a turtle without harming it!I need to look at turtles. At least then I don't have to worry that something is stalking them. Except for Victor of course.

He's poke it with a toe and jump back until he got brave enough to sniff it. If it moved he'd jump sky high. That's why he can't catch a frog.
My duck is in, trap is set. I sure hope I catch the critter soon before it either gets back in at my girls or starts after my koi. I did mention to Mr. V that the duck sure would be happier either inside at night in a crate or having a friend to snuggle with so she's not so scared and lonely. I'm starting slow, working on him.

Good afternoon. I failed to catch it again last night, so I'm thinking it's too smart to trap. ugh.
Mr. V is talking to a different company, I have my fingers crossed that he gets the job. It would be 4 days a week, 4:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Not much exciting around here, I'm making B&G for dinner because I have leftover sausage from pizzas. The internet is still wonky, despite the techs best efforts. It's not as bad as before, but still cuts out way too much.

Good morning. Live trap was empty again this morning, even though I put some pepperoni in it. But just to add some fun to my day a Blue Heron decided to visit my pond. ack, I was out there yelling at it in my pj's. Sure am glad no one can see my back yard.
