Ok, trying something different in the IP! I have a set of inserts, 2 SS pans that stack with a lid. Bottom one has white rice + water plus a touch of salt, top one has shrimp, a can of diced tomatoes, a couple minced green onions, some green beans and carrots. Let's see how it turns out! :D

I've only used my Instant pot 2x. I think it's because I have 2 inside pots for the Tayama. That's because I totally destroyed the XL and its pot fit the Tayama. I love the ceramic coated inner pot. I see were you can buy a ceramic coated for the Instant pot. Thinking of getting one. But for baked beans I dig out the stone ware crock pot. The oval shape just IMO dose a better job for BB Gets the top brown even the bacon.:lol:

Crock pot for when you want to make 2 things at the same time. I've had many times when I have both going at the same time. Pressure cooker for canning. I hear the electric pressure cookers don't really get hot enough for canning. ? answered.:lol:
I still have a HUGE stovetop pressure cooker (10 qts??) because the IP is really not big enough to do quart jars. But I would think it should be OK for smaller batches (a couple of pint or a few half pint jars).
