Wine it is! We're having scalloped potatoes and ham. I did mention that super deal we got a ham awhile back, right? Yep, made another one. Even Victor is eating ham tonight.

We had a **teensy** bit of snow this morning, then the rest of the day was actually pretty nice! And now I don't see the "S" word in our forecast for the rest of the week! (yet...)

Taxes. *shudders* I'll be writing the last check for the business taxes on the 15th. That will be a relief.

Orange chicken steamed vegs. Rice would have nice but hubby doesn't eat it.Bummer. Finally got a thermometer so made 1/2 gallon of yogurt. Will see in the morning if the thermometer is any good then. Fingers crossed.
12 hours later and the yogurt is perfect. cut it with a spoon. The consistency reminds me of jello. Once chilled for a few hours I'll stir it. Very happy with my 1st attempt. Used a freeze dried starter. Will do the next batch with some from this batch to see if it works.

44 this morning in middle Georgia, but going to 66 by mid afternoon. Spring's clockspring must be stuck. Maybe the whole mechanism is frozen after the Winter.
