12 hours later and the yogurt is perfect. cut it with a spoon. The consistency reminds me of jello. :lol::lol: Once chilled for a few hours I'll stir it. Very happy with my 1st attempt. Used a freeze dried starter. Will do the next batch with some from this batch to see if it works.:banana:
Where did you find the freeze dried starter?? I usually just buy a small container of plain Chobani.
