Thank you. It came to over $1500 for the x-ray, and a gal taping the finger to a splint. Add on the fact that he (the doc) was wrong and the tendon was torn and I'm pretty crabby. My finger is still a mess.Double dislike...
Got my bill for my cortisone shot. Reminded me why I don't get it every 4 months. My insurance use to pay the whole thing.But not any more.
I've been in and out trying to get the pool up and running. 64F right now, and it's running finally. Now the wait begins.

Good afternoon! Victor gets to go meet the new vet this afternoon. He's scheduled for surgery next Tues. Sunny and 75 here. 
It's soo nice but just can't get a move on. Just doing some baking. But should be doing outside stuff. Oh well it will be there when I'm ready.
Victor and I both liked the new vet, and I'm glad that she wanted to meet him before the day of surgery. Mr. V is feeling pretty bad for him, he'll be nutless and a conehead all on the same day. The big day is next Tues.
I baked burger buns and hung out with the ducks, so I didn't get much done. The drake is doing a bit better today. He still can't keep his balance but he's able to go relatively straight now. *fingers crossed* that he is better soon.

Boo hiss to that. It's sunny and warm here today. Pool temp=69 this morning. Maybe we'll get to swim this year.
The ribs were good, I made mashed potatoes to go with them. No veggie because I didn't remember to look for one. oops. Now I need ideas for tomorrow.
My old next door neighbor came to visit today. It was a nice surprise, I've missed her.
Army son and his family are coming to WI towards the end of the month, it will be good to see them, and we'll finally meet the new baby.
