Festival Foods here I come tomorrow. Oh yuck. And they are signing people up for the Turkey Trot. The only marathon I'll be doing is cooking, and the farthest I'll toddle is to the couch when I'm done cooking/eating/cleaning up.
We had a Festival Foods a few years ago (10) or more. I really liked shopping there. They put Wegman's in a month or two ago. I haven't been there. It looks to big and intimidating for me. Give me the small Grrrrrrrrrr stores any day. But their getting to be a thing of the past.
Sam's club tomorrow. Putting tires on hubby's car. Will be a birthday, Christmas combo present. Then pie baking.
We've had one in Mauston for a few years now and I do like that store. Now they have purchased the grrstores in the other two cities within drive with ice cream range, so my choices are reduced to which of the 3 Festivals I want to drive to. Yes, I judge what store I go to by if I can get ice cream home.
We do have a small store in Adams/Friendship but they don't have as much and their prices are pretty high. I avoid it if I can.
We still have one of the smaller Weise markets. It's one of the first in my area so it doesn't have enough space to grow.
