Spinach is always a good choice, so much more flavor than blah lettuce.
I bought a burgundy spoon roast on sale the other day, so I cut steaks from the center of it, and cubed the ends for stew. 4+ meals for $12, not complaining. Tonight i did steaks on the grill, roasted garlic taters and brussel sprouts. Cinnamon rolls for desert before they get all stale and icky.
