Slow roast prime rib for Mr. V tonight. Victor and I held a vote and decided that Mr. V is father of the year. Granted, if I raise my hand Victor raises one too.

Happy Father's Day to the Dads, and also to the Mom's that had to be Dad too.

Not prime rib but made hubby roast beef. He calls his self poppy to the 3 girls here.

Stuffed peppers tomorrow on the grill. Have a pan I use to grill. 2 end burners on low middle off and they bake nicely.

I've only done Meatloaf and stuffed peppers. Do put in 1/2 to 2'' of water and cover with foil. Usually 1 hour
