Still frustrated, but went to the dealership in person on Friday. The Lady in charge of the svc dept was extremely apologetic, and said their phone system is borked. They moved from another location and have been having issues.
She ordered the parts needed, and gave me the road service number to have it towed from my local shop. Sadly, the are closed on Saturdays now, so hopefully will be towed there on Monday.

Agreed punkin. Sonny had a jeep, he finally gave in and bought a Ford. He's super happy with it. Less $ all the way around. That being said, Mr. V is outside swearing at the dually. It's freaking hot/humid to be working on a truck.
