Drott, Mr. V taste tested and said he gets a hint of evaporated in the whole milk I canned. He said he'll survive it in his coffee. I frothed it for expresso today, was okay. I'd rather have fresh, but this will certainly work in a pinch. Next up, 2%.

It's shelf stable. I watched videos. But don't have a pressure canner yet.
Still able to get it from a few venders. Last batch was from Vape Mall. But have some very old supplies if need to mix my own.
