Gertie is warming up. She greeted me with a wagging bottom this AM and asked for belly rubs. We’re going to focus heavily on building her confidence. Obedience is easy to teach, but getting her to a healthier state of mind takes much more time and patience. We have our work cut out for us.

Good afternoon, Subi for inspection this morning and picked up 30 feeder goldfish. While I had energy cleaned the turtle filters. Quire warm real feel says 102 so humidly is up. Trip for odds and ends and I'll be done.

Sticky out here, doing inside stuff. Too hot to bake anything so I'm cleaning. blech.

I forgot about that no good deed goes unpunished thing. An elderly woman in my quilting group was rather frantic that she couldn't buy the designs she wanted on CD. USB or download only. We offered all kinds of suggestions, none of which she said would work for her. Two of us quietly decided to help her out, the other lady would pay for the designs ($25) and I would burn the CD and mail it. Guess who now has the designs all burned on the CD, but no payment and no mailing address? Hopefully the other gal is just busy and gets back to me today with the $ and the addy. If not, I have $25 worth of ugly designs I will never use. ugh.

Nothing today that was yesterday's post. She doesn't up date on week ends. 3 weeks 2 day to go.
