funny but not. Ordered heating oil from the company I've been dealing with for years. Quoted me a good price for 150 gallons plus. I thought this is great Mr, D, said there was 80 gallons in the tank. Long story short when they delivered, we got only 65 gallons. Hubby miss read the gage. So, it was 15 cents a gallon more plus a 35.00 delivery fee. I did ask him if he was sure since we filled up in February and hot waters all it gets used for over the summer. Lesson learned check it myself from now on.
Saturday menu is home made wood fired pizza. I put out dough and all toppings, everyone makes their own, and Mr. V runs the pizza oven. So I need to precook meats, get the sauce ready, get all veggies chopped beforehand. I don't want to try to do it over there with no running water. Cherry cheesecake for desert. I'll bake it tomorrow.
I'll be at the dough end of the line, helping people that have never done it before or are afraid to try. Or that completely mess it up and need to start over. We've been doing it at campgrounds for years and everyone always has a good time.
Need to get my margarita stuff together as well, just in case.

Rum cake is baking. I'm sure it will be better received by friends than it was at Mr. V's family reunion. There it was a major issue due to RUM cake around children. 
Not my family, I had no clue they would react like that. So I ended up taking my extremely poisonous cake home, less one piece. I took it to the campground the next day and it was gone in about 15 minutes.

Not all the rum cooks off in my cake. After it cools a bit I poke holes all over and pour a rum syrup into it before taking it out of the pan. So there's about 4 ounces of rum in an entire bundt cake. Don't think I'll get anyone drunk on that.
They just reacted to RUM cake in a most ridiculous way. I felt bad, the stoopid cake is tons of work and they acted like I showed up with leprosy.

Come to think of it, I did add the rum while boiling the syrup for that one. So, totally benign.

Get some well-deserved rest, you'll need it for Saturday. Get lots done but Rember to have fun. Looks like you have all the fun stuff needed. Take an extra bottle or 2.And done. Anything else on the list can wait for morning. I'm pooped.
