Thank you zapped! Printing this out right away. I love creamed spinach, and am lucky enough that I am the only one in the house that eats it. more for me.......

Youre very welcome. I just made this tonight so it was fresh in my mind. My wife hates store bought creamed spinach but loves this recipe.

*all measurements are closest approximate estimates. Cooking is far too enjoyable a pastime to be concerned with laboratory controls. :)

Drain water off the Rotel
mix sausage, rotel, dressing, and ALL of the cheese together in a big bowl

Place the wonton wrappers into a muffin pan, forming a "cup". Bake at 350 for 4-5 minutes.
Spoon filling mixture into wrappers.
Place back into oven at 350 for another 4-5 minutes until the edges of the wrappers start to brown.

Enjoy the yummy!

DEPRESSION ERA BAKED BEANS RECIPE

Boil one pound large dried limas in salt water.
In frying pan cut about 3/4 lb. bacon and fry. Add 1 cup onion. Don't throw bacon fat away unless it's too much.
Add 1 regular can tomatoes.
1 can of tomato soup
1 cup dark Karo syrup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste.
Add to cooked, drained limas in a large casserole. Bake about 11/2 hours at 350 degrees.
