Don't have one, don't want one. Too much money to have to clickety-clickety-clickety-clickety-click through the menu with one button. ;)

Devices that are wattage controlled have a warmer more consistent vape. Some offer a wide range of Ω on the coils with lots more power than the provari. With clones of the dna coming out I'd say unless provape has a major update they are soon to fall to the wayside.

You shut your mouth now... So what if as of today you can officially buy a 20W VW device with no menus for $50?

What is all the hype with owning one is it the Cadillac of all mods? Please help me justify buying one because I would like to purchase one because it seems like everyone on this site has one or wants one. Where can I get a fairly good priced one or a decent priced used one?

Vape on my friends :vapor:

OMG, 10OMGs

Well, I think they should make it a point to take you through the process before they tell you to send it back.
I have cleaned mine and I just cleaned it again. I'll see if it happens again before I send it.
Did your screen go out on one side only and did you keep getting E1, E3, E4 and E8 like mine?

You're joking right???

So adjusting one side of ohms law compared to the other side of ohms law magically creates a warmer more consistent vape, especially when there is absolutely no device that is as accurate on it's voltage output than the ProVari?

The DNA is fine for high wattage vapers, but does nothing for people still using some cartos and clearos as it can't provide much less than 7 watts.

I mean it's ok to use broad generalizations, but when they are so broad they are inaccurate.....then it's a problem.

I've seen posts here lately about once a week about bad boards in the Provaris. How many aren't being reported?? Why are so many ending up on the Classifieds??

Still, OP, get 2 or 3 Provaris- they have warranties...:?::laugh:

The Provari is outdated. Well made, but outdated. For what it does compared to what's out there now, it's also over priced.

    How's it outdated?
Because it doesn't have a puff counter?

You put it in your mouth a press the button - vapor comes out, very nicely.
    What's to date?

If you're talking about the fact it doesn't go up to a zillion watts - sub ohming is moot when it comes to the majority of us, if I do feel like hurting my lungs then I'll use a mech.

    Reliability and durability never date.

The electricity is different with VW?

Depends what kind of topper you intend to use and what resistance you are looking to vape at. If you intend to go below 1.2ohms, there are plenty of better devices, as well as mechanical mods you might as well consider.

However, if you plan on vaping your off-the-shelf clearomizers, cartomizers or rebuildables with higher resistance builds, you cant go wrong with Provape. The menu interface is very outdated, but shouldn't be a deal-breaker as you will get used to it rather quickly.

People often jump the gun to say that Provari is the "Best," but always keep in mind that "best" also depends on YOUR individual need and preference.

Cause they're basically the only VV mod you can resell and get any money back on....

The fact that they sell within 24 hours of posting (the blue one I sold took all of 15 minutes to finalize). Should tell you something.

The reason that so many are in the classies, is people either have too many, (I actually bought backups for my backups until I remembered I am dealing with a ProVari), or they "outgrow them". That's fine. There is a niche of vapers for which the ProVari is not appropriate and I get it.

But why don't you see a lot of Sigelei's, Vamos, Smoktechs, or similar 33.3hz based units on the classies? Oh yeah...they break before people outgrow them.....

At least if the ProVari does have a bad run of boards I can send it to Provape and get them repaired for free. If my Sigelei has a bad board run, I get to send it to the "Mount Waste Management"

Simply not the case any longer. Read towards the bottom; 12 month Warranty.

    SIGELEI-20W_Sigelei-20w_LEGEND_SIGELEI Electronic Cigarette -

Oh, and just noticed it's 3 years now on the Zmax... but that mod is old news. (over the hill/inferior 33.3Hz chip) LOL

    SIGELEI ZMAX V5 TARNISH_ZMAX V5_SIGELEI Electronic Cigarette -

    Cheers

That's good to know. I hope they do better on their warranty better than Innokin. Innokin, while I love their products, seem to always find a way to tell you that you bought it from a non-authorized vendor and then push you on the vendor.....

I am actually hoping Sigelei is getting there.

I am not completely stupit if that is what you're implying I finally got it figured out and found one at Provape.com its a mini but I want a full sized one and found one of those on eBay, but can't find the one in pink. :(

Might be a good idea to try and see the pink one in person - "in the flesh" so to speak. My girl was looking for a pink one too until she saw it in person - she opted for a polished silver mini (which I had to order - the store owner had one of his own he showed us) because I just had to go and point out that the pink one looked too much like 'something else'! i did reassure her that it did not have a vibrating function like my Sigelei Legend lol ....

A VW device does the exact same thing a VV device does, it adjusts your device input voltage to what you desire. The only difference is that the chipset does the math for you in VW mode and automatically adjusts the voltage after checking the resistance of your atty to your desired wattage. Voltage and resistance determine your current and wattage.

Here is one feature the Provari has that few others do, well some mech devices have this feature too.

You can through it though a wall and it still works. *done that*

You can bread a table with it and it still works. *done that*

You can though it through a window, go outside and get it back, brush it off and vape on it. *done that*
