How will labeling e-cigs a tobacco product going to affect the data?
Example of what I mean.
PA. Unemployment
The way it worked in the past is, if a person was unemployed then that person was counted on the statistic sheets as unemployed.
That makes sense right?
Well now, according to what my PA. unemployment office tells me,
If a person files for unemployment and gets it, he is considered unemployed.
But once that person's unemployment runs out, even if that person is still not working,
that person is no longer considered unemployed on the stat sheets.
Or if a person files for unemployment and is turned down, he too is considered not to be unemployed
So if you take a number of people that was getting unemployment from say 2015.
First you subtract the number of people that got jobs,
Then subtract the number of people who's unemployment ran out,
Then you add the number of people who filed for and was turned down for unemployment,
Then subtract them too...
The new stat sheet makes it look like unemployment is dropping and employment is on an all time rise.
Now that a person or agency can add e-cigs in with "Tobacco use", they can tweak, or twist the data to fit their needs.
There's scientific proof that cigarettes can cause Cancer.
Cigarettes are a Tobacco Product.
Thus meaning there's,
Scientific proof that Tobacco Products can cause Cancer.
E-Cigs are now a Tobacco Product.
But there's still that,
Scientific proof Tobacco Products all can cause Cancer.
So now they can say,
Scientific proof E-Cigs are linked to Cancer...
