Send it back. They'll fix it for you.ProVari 2.5 Zombie maybe used once or twice.
I got it for me ex back in April, 2014 as a backup, and it's been sitting in my display case for around a year.
No tank on it at all but when I press the fire button I get the E8 error message
E8 - Converter has detected a fault - If the voltage was set too high,
the converter can detect a fault because the amperage was being pushed past it's limit.
Nothing on it (tank or RBA).
Voltage is set a 3 volts.
I tried different batteries.
I'm guessing the Converter is bad.![]()

I recently sent 2 of mine back at the same time. You just need separate rma's in the box. I have a radius, but almost always use my 2.5's.Yea I figured I would have to do that
I got 2 more that are over 3 years old, My dad's which it's the only one he has so it's been used Hard.
And the one my Ex has is also 3 years old and the only one she uses.
Both of them are starting to get button and button light problems.
I figured why send them back when you can get a new one for what it's going to cost to send it to get fixed.
Neither my dad nor my ex will upgrade from the 2.5.
I just ordered 2 blems for $19.95 for them.
Once I get them and after the holidays, I can send them in to get worked on.
Maybe I can work a deal with Provape to send all 3 in the same box to save on shipping.![]()
You can and they will. That'll lessen the cost way down.Yea I figured I would have to do that

Same experience here. Always got them fixed and ProVape covered the return shipping. It's been quite some time though since I have had to ask for any repairs.I would only add that I have sent back at least three V2.5s for service, and never paid a cent for the repairs.
ProVape has been very good to me.
