Here's a cool one from today that reminds me of my dealings with ProVape.... Dyson content. Sorry for the blabbing...
My 4 year old lives over my garage and her room is super cold in the winter and super hot in the summer.
After much arguing, my wife bought the $400 Dyson heater/cooler.
It dies this week after over 2 years.
I said
throw it out as it owes us nothing, my wife says "I'm gonna call them".
Net of my yapping? They say "you're screwed as it's out of warranty".
My wife says "can I pay to have it fixed?"
They say "nope".
My wife says "@$&%# you".
Dyson says "Ha! Box is shipping today. Put your broken one in it and the new one is on its way."
Wife is shocked.
Dyson says "we don't make that model anymore, is the $600 model with an additional 1 year warranty gonna work?"
Sorry, reminds me of my ProVape dealings with Blake and the team. Hope they all land well.
