That's good! Today I'm braising three pounds of boneless country pork ribs on a bed of carrots, onions, celery, and garlic. Also slow roasting a whole chicken. My wife signed me up for Brunswick stew for the pot luck on Fat Tuesday, so tonight I'll be boiling them Chicken bones to make the stock and tomorrow I'll be cooking a big ole' pot of Brunswick stew, house is going to smell really yummyNo recipe necessary, we coming over for dinner!
