So the way i see it, Provape is right in the crosshairs of the stupid FDA regs.
And I'm curious what they'll be doing about it - my guess is that they're one of the few U.S. companies that could perhaps pursue approval of a device. Which buys another couple years...

SIr Rod emailed them and shared the answer in another ProVape thread (please don't ask me which one). They basically said they were waiting for further information before making a decision.

I'm looking into DIY juice. We've decided to wait to see if H.R. 2058 goes through or not. Anyway, I figure 15 liters of 100mg nic juice should last Jackie and I the rest of our lives. The big question I have is about flavoring. I know nothing about it. Is it in liquid form? Where would I get it? I don't think some online vape shop is a good answer since they won't be around if 2058 fails. Thank you in advance.

flavors are liquids - usually it's PG-based. Shelf-life is questionable, but it's mostly FDA approved FOOD-flavoring, so will remain available. Worst possible case, they could try to clamp down on manufacturers so nothing was MARKETED for vaping. I don't think they can go so far as to force flavor companies to only sell to a licensed bakery. Friggin idiots.
Anyway - it will remain available from the food-flavoring companies.
I go to "The Flavor Apprentice". For other brands, buying direct is outside the U.S....so they don't have to change a thing...

I think Halo has been around awhile too but not sure how this is gonna shake out. Didn't these stupid refer papers state something like "grandfathered in if before 2007 or something". But honestly, think about 2007 gear?!?!? I don't get it and it all sounds extremely idiotic to me
