Nicpure is sue happy lol. They had a slew of Lawsuits against folks back in Feb 2015.
Ok so they "filed" a lawsuit against the FDA disputing regulations, let's see if the FDA entertains this or shoots them down. That's a big horse to fight. I hope Nicpure is being true to their intentions of fighting, and not using this as a marketing ploy.

I think having a 120,000 sqft facility would be a lot to lose if these regulations go through. Thinking its pretty legit. The others suits were trademark infringements,weren't they?
Some of them were some were not. I fully hope this goes somewhere at least, and that they are being fully genuine in this particular pursuit. It is NOT gonna be an easy fight. I just hope they are up for the challenge.
Don't get me wrong, I try to see all aspects of things. I do give them kudos for stepping up to the plate. As we all have seen, many, many and many complaints about the deeming regulations, writing to congress ... we can sign petitions, write letters to congress until we are blue in the face; fact is they really don't have to read them. But not one entity has stepped up to "file" suit except for Nicpure, and for that Much Kudos. But like many folks in this culture, some still remain skeptical.

I been trying to find something on Trade Agreements.
See they have to be careful how they make laws or Regulations that can effect imports into the US.
There are laws that stop State or a Government agency from screwing with products being imported into the US that fall under an already in place Trade Agreement between the two countries.
This way, one person with way too much power, won't start a war by stopping an import.

I'm not counting on anyone defeating this FDA stuff, they got told to regulate it as tobacco and that's what they plan on doing. Petitions are useless feel good measures, society in general have been brainwashed into persecuting and looking down on smokers, and vaping looks like smoking to them.
Our numbers are small and the machine is in place to influence society how they want them to see things. I'll be a criminal before I ever go back to smoking again, hell, it won't be the first time 
It's up to the courts and companies and organizations with enough money to fight this thing, more power to them! Maybe they can get some of it watered down a bit so vaping as we know it can survive.
I've been going crazy thinking about this stuff for a couple years now, I'll write some more letters trying to get the bills to change the date of the deeming, after that, it'll be wait and see what happens time I guess.
