I was trying to come up with something clever and witty to say....
I got nothing.
I do think that the whole FDA thing, is so shocking, and so much more than I thought they would do, that I could be referred to as being a bit mental right now. Not enough to be in a mental hospital right now though, I don't think they allow vaping there either, that would probably put me over the edge.

I'm sure they will join attempts to fight the regs, but if the regs stand, there's not much they can do.
All their products - juice and hardware - have been made un-marketable as of 2 years from August.
That's 2 years to convince, and sue, and legislate - but I think it's better for them to say "These regulations will put us out of business" than to do what several juice-makers (small ones) have done, which is to say basically, "oh, it's not that bad...". That's going to keep people complacent while the clock ticks...

They would probably be wise to do just that. The FDA has had an agenda from the git go. Our testimonials, pleas, and comments about the deeming were used as fodder to tighten the noose before they wiped their ... es with them. I think they are going to go into overdrive in August and act like stomp booted brown shirts raiding and prosecuting anyone who is in their sites, for even the most minor infractions that they encounter. this is the web story about a piece that aired here locally tonight on the 11 o'clock news. We are being associated with other things, I know, we are not allowed to talk about this here, but there it is in black and white, vaping is being coyly associated on news spots as a means to the kiddo's using other things...we are done...

Wife called me at work to advise I have vape mail. One from jolly ole England (Squape X) and one from !@#$%^&*, Province, !$#%^&*, China (Nautilus deck). I'll see what I can do with the Nautilus deck and post my thoughts and some pics tomorrow night.
I always heard that chickens were a gateway animal. After raising chickens, you move to goats next, etc.

So they should add aluminum cans, aluminum foil, galvanized piping, plastic bottles, glass bottles, Dollar Bills, paint sprayers, Ziploc Sandwich Bags, ink pens, Glass tubes, duct tape, electrical tape, glass Jars, baking soda, wood, dirt, & water.
Dirt and Water are the big ones, if we can Ban and get rid of all the dirt and water on earth, then the children would really be safe.

Then the coyly shifted to talking about the new regs, after saying how easy it is to get these things online, they said the new regs would help make them harder to get. ( and get this) and help to keep a new generation from becoming addicted to the highly addictive drug nicotine
