This is how I cook lobster:

lazy lobster, remove all meat from shell, spritz with sherry and drawn butter, and cook in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with drawn butter and Liebfraumilch or riesling 50/50 for dipping. Do the same with Alaskan King crab and Stone crab. MMMmmmmmmm

Being part of ProVape has been an awesome experience for me. One of the best companies in this industry. Great products, and everyone on this forum has been awesome. Today is my last day being a supplier Associate for Provape. I have met some really awesome people through this experience.
